The Discovery Leadership Conference is exclusive to middle schoolers in FFA. There, students learn the basic principles of agriculture, meet new friends, and participate in engaging activities.

The Greenhand Leadership Conference is exclusive to freshman in FFA. There, students learn new ways to get active with the organization, meet new friends, and participate in confidence boosting activities.

Made For Excellence is exclusive to sophomores in FFA. There, students are given tasks that help them recognize their strengths and weaknesses and how to use them to further their leadership skills.

Advanced Leadership Academy is exclusive to juniors in FFA. There, students are asked to recognize events their chapter puts on, and ways to better the event. Students collaborate with fellow members from their chapter and are given new ideas to expand on previous ones.

Sacramento Leadership Experience is exclusive to a select few seniors in FFA. There, students get to experience what is like to work as a Senator or a member of the House of Representatives. Students get to experience California government and creating their own bill for the state to pass.

The Washington Leadership Experience conference is held in Washington D.C. Students get to experience traveling the country and touring our nation's monuments.

California State FFA Leadership Conference
The California State FFA Leadership Conference is a four day event in Anaheim, CA with an exclusive private party at Disney's California Adventure. There, students experience an arena filled with over 7,000 members and guest. Students have opportunities to compete in various areas with different projects, attend leadership workshops, and experience how diverse chapters are in our state.

The National FFA Convention & Expo is a week long event in Indianapolis, Indiana. Students get to experience traveling halfway across the country with the California FFA Association and experience FFA on a national scale.
